today was magical for multiple reasons... first, i got off of work at 11 a.m. instead of 5 p.m., and then i got to eat lunch with my awesome friend allie! then i was with the boy but allie and i met back up to do some hot yoga. i was super proud of us because we both stuck to weight watchers really well for lunch and dinner so we rewarded ourselves.........
